Equipment Details

The ZP-II system is composed by several machines: 

ZDL-150 Bottles Uncrambler Machine, 

TG-150 Electronic Counting and Bottling Machine, SZ-I Paper Stuffing Machine, 

GZX150 Screwing Capping Machine, PL2000 Sealing machine with electromagnetism aluminum foil, 

and GTB-200 Labelling Machine.

Technical Features

The counting system utilises the latest high speed counting sensors with microprocessor for highest level of reliability and accuracy. 

Pills are fed to the countheads by eight to sixteen linear vibratory product feed tracks. The frequency of vibration is factory set, however the speed can be adjusted by the operator and the parameters saved with product information for instant recall.

The machine is height adjustable by means of the manually adjusted telescopic funnel arrangement to allow differing heights of bottle to be filled. A lower funnel will cover a range of bottle neck sizes and is the only format part on this system.

The system offers maximum versatility as product feed system requires no change parts.

Operational Details

The containers are fed via the conveyor, to the counting machine and are controlled and indexed by the pneumatic bottle gating system. A rejection system is available where container or products have been determined as incorrect. Containers identified are positively removed and confirmed to a secure reject area on the down stream conveyor.

Control System

The ZPII controls feature the latest electronic control system with a user friendly interface consisting of a full colour touchscreen. The control systems menu will guide the operator through the set up of new products and allows rapid recall of previously saved settings.
